How it works

1. Connect RFQMind in ChatGPT with your RFQMind catalog account.
2. Describe a product or give an exact part number. Open product and company details, compare candidates, or load more results.
3. Open the inquiry form, enter your requirements, optionally attach files, then confirm once to submit.
4. Ask for your submitted inquiries, recorded quotes or activity updates.

The interface is currently English. Submitted inquiries are read-only: there are no drafts, edits or cancellations. Submission records your request in RFQMind; it does not send a supplier message, place an order or take payment. Quotes appear only when recorded by operations.

Verified suppliers

Verified identifies suppliers with an audit recorded in the catalog. Open a company profile to review available qualifications. Listed prices are indicative; confirm current requirements with the supplier.

Account access

Catalog accounts are provisioned by RFQMind. Request access or help recovering an existing account through support. A marketplace website login is not automatically a catalog login.
