Identify the service as “RFQMind catalog plugin” and include the inquiry ID or request ID where relevant. Never send your password or authorization tokens.

Account access

RFQMind provisions catalog accounts. Ask support to open an account or recover access, then connect through ChatGPT. Your website marketplace account may be separate.

Inquiry follow-up

Ask ChatGPT to list your RFQMind inquiries or show an inquiry's updates. The plugin does not automatically contact a supplier or push notifications. Contact support if an inquiry needs operational attention.

Data and content requests

Choose “Data correction” for access, correction or deletion requests, or to report a product/image rights issue. Include enough information to identify the record and verify your authority. Read the privacy policy for retention and controls.
