Service scope

RFQMind provides product/company catalog search, product comparison, internal inquiry records and recorded activity. Use accurate business details and submit only content and attachments you are entitled to provide. Keep account credentials private.

Catalog evidence

Catalog records may be incomplete or out of date. A “Verified” label indicates a supplier audit reported by the catalog source; it is not independent RFQMind certification, a product guarantee or confirmation that a company is a manufacturer. Prices and minimum quantities are source indications and must be confirmed with the supplier.

Inquiries

Review all fields and attachments before confirming. Submitted inquiries are read-only and cannot be edited or cancelled in the plugin. An inquiry receipt confirms an internal record, not supplier contact, a quotation, an order, payment, availability or a delivery commitment. RFQMind does not automatically send messages or process transactions. Follow-up and recorded quotes depend on operational handling.

Responsible use and support

Do not use the service for fraud, spam, malware, impersonation, unauthorized access or illegal trade. Do not upload payment credentials, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive personal information. Report inaccurate records, content-rights concerns or account issues through support. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
